You have asked, here it is! We will be doing weekly runs to Trader Joe’s on Thursday’s. Please read all of the information cited below.

* $30 saves your spot and pays for delivery, this fee does not cover your groceries.

* Your $30 payment to reserve your spot must be received by noon Wednesday for a Thursday shop.

* Shopping lists due by 6pm Wednesday evening.

*Please note, currently we only serve Ohio State’s MAIN Columbus, Ohio campus. If you are interested in delivery to a separate branch campus you must email us first (LaurenHelpsU@gmail.com) before placing your order. At this time we are unable to guarantee delivery’s to Ohio State’s branch campuses, thank you for your understanding!

 

* Shopping lists are to be emailed to LaurenHelpsU@gmail.com – please put “TJ shopping list” in your subject line.

* You will be invoiced on Thursday separately for your groceries, payment will be due immediately.

* Please include your students full name, cell phone number, dorm (and room number) in the “ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FIELD” on our payment page. And if you have it, please also include their roommates name and cell phone number as back up.

Delivery Information:

* If delivery is to a home or apartment, your student must be available to receive the delivery. Otherwise, we will not be able to leave the delivery behind and an additional fee for a second delivery at a later date will be incurred. You may provide us with their roommate’s contact information as backup, but they must be available if your student is not.

* If your student lives in a dorm and is unavailable for pickup, please provide their roommates name and cell phone, otherwise their delivery will be left at the dorm front desk, if possible.
