Here's just one example - We are flying in for move-in and need to ship some dorm items in advance to have them held until move in day. I had seen Lauren's service recommended on the OSU Parents contact her for some advice. Lauren was so incredibly responsive, knowledgeable professional and caring, and she immediately put me in contact with a great company that helped me. Problem solved! The semester might be over but please keep Lauren Help U in mind when the new school year starts again. Lauren is wonderful!!! She puts together and delivers birthday / goody packages and in the case of my daughter, she packed her dorm room, moved her out and into her summer sublet earlier this week. She is organized efficient, patient and LOVELY. As an OOS parent, she saved me the cost of a RT Plane ticket, hotel and rent a car.

I can't recommend LaurenHelpsU highly enough. My daughter tore her ACL and is on crutches and needed a prescription picked up. Lauren was able to help within a few hours and a member of her team not only went to the pharmacy and delivered the prescription but offered to make multiple stops to pick up whatever she needed.
