DELIVERY INFORMATION
* Deliveries will be made to your student on Thursday, November 21st OR on Friday, November 22 in the late morning/early afternoon.
* Please let your student know a delivery is forthcoming that day and that we will call/text them when we’re on our way.
* If delivery is to a home or apartment, your student must be available to receive the delivery. Otherwise, we will not be able to leave the gift behind and an additional fee for a second delivery at a later date will be incurred. You may provide us with their roommate’s contact information as backup, but they must be available if your student is not.
* If your student lives in a dorm and is unavailable for pickup, the gift will be left at the dorm front desk.
*Please note, currently we only serve Ohio State’s MAIN Columbus, Ohio campus. If you are interested in delivery to a separate branch campus you must email us first (LaurenHelpsU@gmail.com) before placing your order. At this time we are unable to guarantee delivery’s to Ohio State’s branch campuses, thank you for your understanding!
