DELIVERY INFORMATION
* Deliveries will be made to your student ON Sunday afternoon 8/24.
* As always, we will contact you directly several days in advance of your delivery to confirm your order as well as to review our delivery process.
* If delivery is to a home or apartment, your student must be available to receive the delivery. Otherwise, we will not be able to leave the gift behind and an additional fee for a second delivery at a later date will be incurred. You may provide us with their roommate’s contact information as backup, but they must be available if your student is not.
* If your student lives in a dorm and neither them nor their roommate is unavailable for pickup, we will ask their dorm front desk to log it in on your behalf. This is not guaranteed, but we will try.
