Three ways we are an extension of you for your college students:
Lauren Helps Georgia Tech
Hello everyone, I'm Susan Van Aacken. After 26 incredible years of service with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, I’m thrilled to share the next chapter of my journey—a deeply personal and purposeful endeavor close to my heart.
Starting this fall, I will be bringing the Ohio-based Mom Company, Lauren Helps U, to the Georgia Institute of Technology. As a proud Atlanta native with lifelong ties to this institution, I’m honored to help expand this trusted service—designed especially with out-of-state parents in mind—into a city and university community I know and love.
Georgia Tech has also played a major role in both my personal and professional journey. I attended graduate school there, served on the board of the School of Public Policy, and taught policy analysis for the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School of Public Policy. I’ve enjoyed Tech’s sporting events, DramaTech performances, and watched my son swim in the Dekalb County Championship at the 1996 Olympic pool and picked him up from GT-hosted STEM and sports camps over the years.
We strive to EXCEED our clients' expectations and we look forward to connecting with U!
